Refund & Return Policy
We get it — sometimes a piece just isn't your vibe. You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return or refund.
To be eligible, your item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. We can't accept items that show signs of wear or use.
To start a return, reach us through our Contact page with your order number and the reason. We'll send instructions on where to send your package. Items returned without contacting us first won't be accepted.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or we sent the wrong product.
Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued within 14 days — to your original payment method, or as store credit for cash-on-delivery orders.
